Taylor Momsen is certainly going all out with the bad ass act. The raccoon-eyed rock chick from Gossip Girl turned heads in Leicestershire, England by baring her breasts in concert. This was no accidental slippage, either. Her sleeves were ripped wide open to reveal full-on breast view age, with only a pair of duct tape X marks strategically placed over the nipple region. Classy.

She's far from the only singer to use her sex appeal (if you can call it that) in such exhibitionist fashion, Momsen is just 17 years old. Seventeen, people. It's a bit much, to say nothing of the fact that for a girl who says she wants to let her music do the talking, she sure gets people talking about ... other stuff.No one's telling Taylor she can't do what other stars do. The Pretty Reckless' music is actually pretty good, in fact. But maybe spare us the peep show?At least until she's legal? Would be a little less awkward.
