No. 4 - the saucy Carmen Electra ... always puts her best assets forward.
No. 3 - Scarlett Johansson ... is she enhanced or just a la natural!
No. 2 - Tyra Banks ... she's definitely hot to trot!
No. 1 Sweet country music singer and actress Jessica Simpson ... she's sooo bustylicious!
