OCTOBER 26--The fleeting appearance of Nancy Grace’s right nipple during a recent “Dancing with the Stars” episode prompted about a dozen viewers to write the Federal Communications Commission to beef about the prime time wardrobe malfunction.The indecency complaints, a selection of which you’ll find here, were received by the FCC following the September 26 broadcast of the hit ABC program. At the conclusion of Grace’s Quickstep performance with partner Tristan MacManus, the HLN host’s breast migrated out of the top of her dress.This brief exposure prompted some Americans to contact the FCC to express their outrage (though it is hard to tell which correspondents were writing solely for the laughs). The complaints were released today by the FCC in response to a Freedom of Information Act request. The names of complainants were redacted by agency officials.

Nancy-grace-and-other-celebritys Wardrobe malfunction

Angered that Grace “displayed her pornographic breast and nipple on national television,” a Los Angeles resident argued that she and ABC should be “fined for this disgusting and godless display.” Writing from Arlington, Virginia, another viewer charged that Grace knew that her breast might pop out. When Grace’s “nipple private" emerged, the viewer added, it “scared my children.”

Another “Dancing” fan stated, “I want action!!! I am so offended to see her boob, my kids are traumatized. I want action against her and this network!!!” Also concerned for underage viewers, a Houston, Texas resident wrote, “Exposed female nipple during a time when my kids were watching. Completely unacceptable.”A New Yorker concluded that Grace’s nip slip was “clearly done on purpose to generate news stories and interest in the show.”

Other FCC complaints show that viewers of the celebrity dance competition were miffed about other non-mammary matters. Referring to Chaz Bono as a “confused person,” one viewer wrote that they were “tired of the homosexual community trying to normalize their abnormal behavior” and would “not watch this show now and forever because they crossed the last line for me.” A few viewers did not like Kristin Cavallari’s use of the word “bitch,” while a Cantonment, Florida man thought the program was “vulgar especially as it relates to their scant costumes.” (smoking gun)

Tonya Cooley Alleges Toothbrush Rape

 

Tonya Cooley, a cast member on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins, is suing the network after claiming she was raped on set ... with a toothbrush.Cooley filed the suit against MTV, Bunim/Murray Productions, Kenneth Santucci, Evan Starkman and others. According to her lawsuit, the two male co-stars:"Took another male participant's toothbrush and rubbed the toothbrush around plaintiff's genitals, including her labia, and inserting the toothbrush into plaintiff's


vagina."Cooley says it happened while she was passed out and cameras were rolling.Tonya Cooley also says producers not only knew about the rape, they even replaced the toothbrush, never telling her what happened while she was out cold.The suit also claims that female cast members were stripped of their bathing suits and that male cast members were encouraged by producers to "inappropriately touch female cast members' bodies, including in intimate areas."Cooley alleges she and other cast members reported incidents of sexual abuse, but show honchos turned a blind eye ... and she was later kicked off the show.According to Cooley, she was later booted from the show after slapping a cast member. She says nothing happened to the men who allegedly raped her.

Cooley is suing for unspecified damages. Calls to MTV have not been returned.

The fact that she is a porn star shouldn't even matter. The fact that Robert Kraft found such villainy in the act has. The nearly mandated apology by Gronkowski has sparked a national debate of whether he needed to apologize.

The fact is he didn't. The apology could have taken place in a much more private manner with the Patriots treating this as a non-story and talking to Gronkowski behind closed doors. Instead, we are treated to a firestorm for the national media to over hype and overkill. In the middle is a no-name porn star who is now a celebrity.

Everyone with a Twitter account has an opinion on BiBi Jones. The talking, discussing and nauseating discourse helps nobody.

MLB Agent Used Her to Recruit Potential Clients

Porn star Bibi Jones says an MLB agent would bring her out to recruit potential clients after Arizona Diamondbacks games in 2010.Starting in the spring of 2010, the agent took her to Phoenix-area bars after almost every game and introduced her to major league players — some of whom she slept with.

She wasn't paid, and never thought she was being taken advantage of.

"It wasn’t even expected for me to hook up with these guys," she said. "It was just like I was arm candy for him. The poll is anonymous, but we have to ask, how can 75 percent of our audience want to watch such a video?

Who is Piper Laurie?

Piper Laurie was born Rosetta Jacobs in Detroit, Michigan, on January 22, 1932, the daughter of a Polish immigrant and his Russian-American wife. Her father was a furniture dealer who moved his family to Los Angeles, California, when she was 6-years-old. Rosetta was a pretty red-haired little girl, but very shy, so her parents sent her to weekly elocution lessons. In addition to her lessons in Hebrew school, she studied acting at a local acting school, and this eventually led to work at Universal Studios.

Universal had signed her as a contract player when she was only 17-years-old, and changed her screen name to Piper Laurie. She was cast in the movie Louisa (1950), and became very close friends with her costar, Ronald Reagan. She was then cast in Francis Goes to the Races (1951) with 'Donald O'Connor (I)', Son of Ali Baba (1952) with Tony Curtis, and Ain't Misbehavin' (1955) with Rory Calhoun. The studio tried to enhance her image as an ingenue with press releases stating that she took milk baths and ate gardenia petals for lunch. Although she was making $2,000 per week, her lack of any substantial roles discouraged her so much that by 1955 when she received another script for a Western and "another silly part in a silly movie", she dropped the script in the fireplace, called her agent and told him she didn't care if they fired her, jailed her or sued her.

From there, she went to New York City to study acting, and worked in live television, starring in The Hallmark Hall of Fame version of Twelfth Night (1957), The Days of Wine and Roses (1958) with Cliff Robertson, which debuted on Playhouse 90 on October 2, and as Kirsten in the Playhouse 90 version of Winterset (1959). In 1961, she got the part of Paul Newman's crippled girlfriend in the classic film, The Hustler (1961). She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Actress for that role of Sarah Packard. That same year, she was interviewed by a writer/reporter for the New York Herald Tribune, Joe Morgenstern. She liked his casual dress and lifestyle, and 9 months later, they were married. Piper received her second supporting Oscar nomination for this role. She and her husband divorced in 1981, she moved to Southern California and obtained many film and television roles.

She got a third Oscar nomination for her role as Mrs. Norman in Children of a Lesser God (1986), and won an Emmy that same year for her acting in "Hallmark Hall of Fame: Promise (#36.1)" (1986), a television movie with James Garner and James Woods. She has appeared in more than 60 films, from 1950 to the present. Ms. Laurie has appeared in many outstanding television shows from The Best of Broadway in 1954, to roles on Playhouse 90 in 1956, roles on "St. Elsewhere" (1982), "Murder, She Wrote" (1984), "Matlock" (1986), "Beauty and the Beast" (1987), "ER" (1994), "Diagnosis Murder" (1993) and "Frasier" (1993). Her daughter, Anne Grace, has made her a grandmother, and though she lives in Southern California, she frequently visits her daughter in New York.

After last year's furore over Rihanna and Christina Aguilera's racy X Factor performances, the TV talent show was supposed to be toning things down.Despite an Ofcom ruling that 'sexualised clothing' was inappropriate for the show's family viewers, there was plenty of cleavage on show from judges Kelly Rowland and Tulisa Contostavlos last night.

Although the regulator suggested that breasts should be 'adequately covered' for the pre-watershed programme, it appeared Kelly and Tulisa were treading a fine line with their risqué outfits.The American singer, in particular, wore an incredibly revealing sheer

And her fellow judge, Tulisa showed off her chest in a low-cut bejewelled neckline and short ballerina-esque skirt showed off  long toned legs. Their revealing outfits came after Ofcom ruled the X Factor and other shows broadcast before the watershed of 9pm should observe guidelines regarding dress and 'appropriate' behaviour.

The ruling came after 4,500 complaints over Rihanna's gyrating in a bra and pants and  An Ofcom statement last month read: 'In entertainment and talent show genres particular areas of concern include the sexualised clothing and dance routines of performers and guest artists.

'Family shows…attract a significant child audience and therefore broadcasters should ensure that the content is suitable for family viewing throughout the programme...
