Sensational breakthrough in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner

So atlast the information has came out what exactly happen....

In a sensational breakthrough in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner, Aruba police have two witnesses who saw a violent attack on a woman who looked like the Maryland beauty, which they believe ended in her death.

The cops believe a local couple actually witnessed the beginning of what turned out to be Robyn’s murder,” a source close to the investigation told The ENQUIRER.An Aruban couple, out for a drive, told authorities they spotted a violent confrontation between a man and a woman inside a car similar to the one Gary Giordano – suspected of killing Robyn – was renting during their Caribbean vacation.Giordano, 50, claimed Robyn had been swept out to sea on Aug. 2 while they were snorkeling at Baby Beach – but investigators didn’t buy his story. They arrested the financially strapped Maryland technology expert and suspect he killed his victim in a coldblooded, murder-for-money insurance scam. The badly shaken couple finally came forward Sept. 17 to tell their chilling story to police, according to an insider.“Just before on Aug. 2, the couple saw a white Toyota RAV4 just like the car Giordano rented parked in the eerie Dog Graves Beach pet cemetery,” the insider told The ENQUIRER.

“They noticed it because vehicles are not allowed to park in that area, where Arubans have been burying their pets for generations. In fact, the car was parked on some of the pet graves.“As the couple drove along the road, they saw the man beating the woman in the face. He was slapping her really hard, then punching her with his fist and beating her on the head. She was screaming.
“The couple stopped their car, yelled at the man and asked what the hell he was doing. When the man saw them, he started his vehicle and drove off in the opposite direction. The shocked couple drove on to nearby Baby Beach. Then they thought about what they’d seen for a few minutes and drove back to Dog Graves Beach but didn’t find any trace of the other couple or their vehicle.”
The insider went on to explain that Arubans usually don’t like to get caught up in problems with tourists.

“They forgot all about it until they saw photos of the car Giordano had rented while in Aruba and remembered they had seen the struggle,” continued the insider. “They told police that the argument wasso violent that the car was rocking from side to side from the struggle going on inside it.“Now, cops are convinced this was the beginning of the end for Robyn.”Dog Graves Beach now has become the focus of an intensive search, noted the other source.Police brought Giordano from his prison cell to the area for intensive questioning twice – and they are planning to bring in cadaver dogs, hoping to locate Robyn’s body.“They believe Giordano may have dug into a recent dog’s grave, stuffed Robyn’s body inside and covered it up again,” the source revealed. “However, Giordano has refused to fully cooperate with police.”Dog Graves Beach looks like a spooky set for a horror movie.
At least 1,000 pets are buried in the large cemetery by the ocean. They rest beneath faded stuffed animals and crude wooden crosses bearing their names.“There is a stench of death about the place, but cops believe cadaver dogs will be able to tell the difference between a dead pet’s body and a human corpse,” explained the source.Police have doubted Giordano’s tale of Robyn’s drowning since she first disappeared because the currents would have carried her body back to land.

The drunken grins and goofy expressions are typical of any fun-loving couple enjoying a night of cocktails on vacation, but sadly this holiday snap was taken just two days before Robyn Gardner went missing in Aruba - and the man pulling silly faces in the background is the prime suspect in her murder, Gary Giordano. The photo is part of the evidence that Aruban authorities are using in a reenactment of the hours after the Maryland woman went missing on August 2, reported ABCNews.com.

In one chilling image, which was taken on July 31, Robyn is smiling sweetly into the camera as Giordano waves and flashes a wide-grin behind her. In another shot, the 35-year-old aspiring model is reportedly alone and wearing the same dress she had on during the last day she was seen alive. Surveillance videos and eye witness statements are also being included in the reenactment, which will take place between 4 and on Monday local time to mimic the time that Robyn went missing from the Baby Beach area of the island. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Giordano was reportedly asked to cooperate in the reenactment but refused. He stands by his claim that Robyn was dragged out to sea by a strong current while the couple was snorkeling on August 2. Upon hearing that the police were going to retrace the aspiring model's final moves, her friend Lianne Delawter opened up to RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview."I’ve got to be hopeful about anything that goes on down there," Delawter told RadarOnline.com. "I just want justice to be served. That means finding her, even if she can’t speak then she (her body) will be able to speak

Latest on who Killed blonde beauty Robyn Gardner on the exotic island of Aruba

Police believe that Gary Giordano – the prime suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner on the exotic island of Aruba – has secretly confessed to killing the blonde beauty! An ENQUIRER investigation has discovered that cops have been told by guards at the squalid San Nicolas police station jail that Giordano was overheard moaning, weeping and banging his head and fists in his cell, while crying: “It’s all my fault!” “Police are convinced these late-night mutterings by the murder suspect add up to a confession,” an insider revealed. A source familiar with the investigation told The ENQUIRER: “Personnel at the vermin-infested jailhouse have told cops that Giordano pounded his head and fists against the concrete walls and bars of his cell, saying, ‘Jesus, help me! I’m so, soooo sorry!’ His knuckles and forehead were swollen from all the banging.“Other times, he would cry out in his sleep, saying, ‘Robyn! I’m so sorry! Forgive me!’ This went on every night. He sounded like a man wracked with guilt.”

Giordano, 50, and Robyn, 35, were last seen at the Rum Reef Bar & Grill by Baby Beach around on Aug. 2. Shortly after , Giordano rapped on the bar’s back windows and asked workers to call police. He claimed the couple had gonesnorkeling and Robyn, an unemployed dental office assistant from Frederick, Md., was carried off by a current – a story that Aruban police do not believe. Two days later, Giordano – the owner of a technology consulting firm in Gaithersburg, Md. – tried to collect on a $1.5 million life insurance policy that he’d taken out on Robyn.

When he tried to flee the island, cops detained him at the Aruba airport. After 10 days, Giordano was moved to the KIA prison, where he shares a cell with two other inmates. But before he left the San Nicolas jail, he made even more possibly incriminating comments.“Inmates told police that Giordano asked, ‘How much of a sentence can I get if they suspect I killed her but they can’t find proof and can’t find her body?’ ” the source divulged.

Update-Robyn Gardner’s Terrifying Final Hours

Exclusive ENQUIRER investigation: chilling details of blonde beauty ROBYN GARDNER’s final hours on the paradise island of Aruba before her mystery disappearance on Aug. 2.The ENQUIRER has discovered the bombshell reason police believe prime suspect Gary Giordano snapped before the 35-year-old dental assistant from Maryland vanished, and how helpless Robyn spent her fateful, final hours.Authorities believe twisted sex fiend Giordano – the last person to see Robyn alive – exploded with rage when he spotted an “I love you” text that she sent to her boyfriend, and brutally killed her, according to a source close to the police probe.

Giordano’s sudden savagery ruined a premeditated plan that Giordano had to murder Robyn, dump her body at sea and make it appear as if she drowned, according to the shocking scenario being investigated by Aruban police. He’d intended to collect on a $1.5 million accidental death policy but was forced to improvise, creating critical errors that led to his arrest.
Law enforcement authorities firmly believe Gordano murdered Gardner. “If you don’t believe he’s guilty, you don’t start an investigation,” Aruban Solicitor General Taco Stein told The ENQUIRER.

Gary V. Giordano is still in custody following the disappearance of Robyn Gardner in Aruba, and will be for another 16 days, according to reports. While authorities continue to investigate his suspected involvement in the vanishing of his travel partner, authorities will not release Giordano.Giordano's lawyer, Michael Lopez, said a 16-day extension was granted because the judge felt, "there are too many open questions as of yet."

The active search was called off for the missing Maryland woman, suggesting that officials believe she may not be recovered by rescue efforts.Just how convinced they are of Giordano's involvement is unclear.
Nearly two weeks after Gardner, 35, went missing, Lopez pleaded for the release of his client, arguing that authorities don't have "hard proof."Her family members aren't objecting, however."We continue to be pleased with the way [Aruban authorities] have handled our daughter's case," Gardner's mother Andrea Colson said."We are still hoping to find out what has happened to our daughter, Robyn, as we have not given up hope that she may still be alive."Giordano was taken from a police station in Aruba to KIA prison, the same place Joran van der Sloot was held in the Natalee Holloway case.

Robyn Gardner, a 35-year-old Maryland woman, has vanished from Aruba after taking a snorkeling trip with a friend, according to MyFoxDC.
Her disappearance comes six years after Alabama teen Natalee Holloway vanished from the same resort town, sparking a massive search.
A man she was with, Gary Giordano of Frederick, Md., reportedly told police they took a snorkeling trip – and Gardner never returned to shore.

The family and friends of a Frederick woman who is missing in Aruba have begun speaking out about her as two high-profile morning television shows, “Today” and “Good Morning America,” began covering her story Thursday.

Andrew Colson, Robyn Gardner’s brother, told ABC 7 that he believes Gardner is still alive, despite having been missing since August 2. Gardner’s companion on the trip, Gary Giordano, is being held in connection with her disappearance, but he has not been charged with a crime.

“My gut feeling and instinct is that she is out there somewhere to be found,” Colson said.

He described Gardner as a “very loving, caring and kind person.”

Giordano, of Gaithersburg, told authorities that Gardner disappeared during a snorkeling trip.
