A bench warrant for the arrest of The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gretchen Rossi was ordered by a judge on Thursday, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. Rossi and her ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglou have been locked in a nasty legal battle and when she failed to make a court appearance on Thursday, a judge issued the warrant for her arrest and set her bail at $2,500, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com. The judge gave Gretchen a break, and continued the warrant until September 15, meaning she has until that date to appear in court, and she will not be arrested.The blonde bombshell reality TV star was in Las Vegas on Thursday for a promotional event.She and Photoglou are suing each other for libel, defamation and slander. He filed a notice with the court detailing proof that Gretchen was served with the papers notifying her of the appearance, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained those documents. A process server declared that he tracked down Gretchen and her boyfriend Slade Smiley to a Palm Springs hotel to serve her with the papers, and he videotaped the successful encounter.
The documents state that when the process server served the documents to Gretchen she said “Can you believe these f**king people?” which they recorded on the video.
