Hogan Sex tape Saga
Citing actions that were "illegal, outrageous and exceeded the bounds of human decency," a lawsuit was filed yesterday against the website that posted the Hulk Hogan sex tape and the former best friend who allegedly leaked it. The ex-wrestler is seeking a minimum of $100 million in damages. Hogan stood behind his attorney at a press conference in Tampa yesterday, as the lawyer outlined his client's case against Gawker.com and against both Bubba the Love Sponge and Heather Clem.The former couple is actually seen toward the conclusion of the sex tape, talking about their role in recording it behind Hogan's back.
In the suit, as explained above, Hogan asserts he "had a reasonable expectation of privacy in his consensual, intimate activities in a private bedroom and reasonably believed that his privacy was safe and protected."The $100 million lawsuit is being filed specifically against Gawker. It's unclear at the moment how much Hogan is asking from Clem and... ummm... the Love Sponge.
